Poblano's has been a neighborhood restaurant in the Energy Corridor since 2007. Same family, same street, breakfast at seven.

The recipes were handed down, and the comal never really cools. The skillet still arrives spitting.
Off the grill, not a warmer
Fajitas, enchiladas, molcajete and seafood go from the grill to your table. Nothing waits under a heat lamp.
